This was a very simple and classic backyard wedding I had the opportunity to photograph. The day before their wedding, I would be lying if I didn’t say I was nervous about weather. Mississippi has crazy weather all year long, but a few days before I was notified of a possible tropical storm. Luckily this storm didn’t hit until Sunday evening. YAY! We did not have to deal with bad weather, as a matter of fact the weather turned out to be absolutely gorgeous! I wanted to make sure I captured this day perfectly! I also had never met Lauren or Blake! I didn’t underestimate myself due to the fact that I make friends with EVERYONE. You can ask my husband, he jokes about how I know someone everywhere I go, but after several phone calls with Lauren I knew that we would work together perfectly! When I met Lauren, I could tell she had a sweet tender heart and Blake was super funny and outgoing! They were the sweetest couple and I felt so humbled that I was able to capture their special day!!!
